Frog Jump Featured on RRRW Network Blog

Updated: Apr 4, 2023

Frog Jump recently had the honour of being featured by the Rural, Remote and Regional Women’s Network, an organisation that supports rural, regional and remote women in Western Australia. The network profiled Frog Jump not only because we are a regional business, but because our services are particularly relevant to regional business owners.

As an EMP Certified Practitioner, I incorporate the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP) tool into our business development services. This powerful assessment tool evaluates individuals across 14 different entrepreneurial areas, enabling us to identify their current position, set future goals, and chart a path towards achieving them. We believe anyone can benefit from leveraging their strengths, identifying opportunities, building capability, and driving innovation — and this is especially true for rural, remote, and regional women.

Rural female entrepreneurs, in particular, stand to gain a lot from the EMP. The tool offers a valuable resource in regional areas where professional development services are sometimes scarce. Additionally, it can be a powerful tool for collaboration among rural women. Studies conducted by Women's Enterprise British Columbia (WeBC), formerly the Women's Enterprise Centre, have shown that the EMP can bring rural women together to learn from each other, increase their confidence, and embrace their uniqueness.

Regardless of gender, location, or experience level, everyone can benefit from utilising their strengths, identifying opportunities, building capability, and driving innovation. Frog Jump is committed to helping people in rural, remote and regional areas unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
